I've been in residential real estate over 20 years, representing sellers and buyers on the Westside of Los Angeles.  Finding the right agent is important so consider the following:

First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that.  I've been representing buyers and sellers for over 20 years, and limit the number of people I will work with at any given time.  This insures that your real estate needs are attended to every day, and nothing is missed.  Heaven forbid you missed the perfect house you've been looking for, or you missed a deadline so you lost your protection.  No way would that happen when you work with me!

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, and resources.  I have the expertise and track record of success you need.  Good negotiating skills are a must.  I've represented buyers many times and quite a few times my buyers got an accepted offer, even though our offer was lower than the other buyer.  Why... because when they see my work, they know that I am professional which gives everyone protection during and after your transaction is complete.

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send.  These tools, however will never replace the time I spend with you, serving you as your personal guide through this exciting process.
